Selected candidates go through rigorous classroom training and then work on hands-on projects. InDepth has developed extensive training material to train its staff in design and engineering. Our training is focused on solving customers’ problems and not simply using various software. We utilize our knowledge of the processes to add value to their products. InDepth has been appreciated by its customers for bringing the right talent at the right time – we have been extremely successful in leveraging our network within the industry.
